Cyber Security · SecureGuard
Detect it early.
Contain it fast.
SecureGuard protects your endpoints, identities and network around the clock, and when something gets through, a documented response process kicks in. You always know who's doing what.
SECUREGUARD COVERAGE
EVERY LAYER WATCHED, ROUND THE CLOCK
Monitoring active 24/7
Sound familiar?
Most businesses find out how secure
they are during an incident.
The threats have changed. Hackers for hire, ransomware on demand, attacks every hour of every day. Old approaches don't measure up.
Antivirus and a firewall, and that's it.
Point solutions that don't talk to each other, watched by nobody after hours.
Nobody's watching overnight.
Attacks don't keep business hours. Most of the damage happens before anyone logs on.
A stolen password is all it takes.
Compromised accounts look like normal users, unless someone is watching identity activity.
There's no plan for the bad day.
When something happens, nobody's sure who decides what, or who to call first.
Your insurer is asking harder questions.
Cyber insurance renewals want evidence of controls, monitoring and response.
Security reports you can't read.
Alerts and jargon, but no clear view of your actual risk.
Security isn't a product you install. It's a service you run.
What SecureGuard covers
Layers that work together.
Instead of separate tools managed by separate teams, SecureGuard joins up detection across your devices, identities and network, with one team responsible for the response.
Endpoint protection (EDR)
Every device and server monitored for malicious behaviour, not just known viruses, with threats isolated before they spread.
Identity protection (ITDR)
Suspicious sign-ins, impossible travel and compromised accounts caught early, before an attacker can use them.
Firewall monitoring
Next-generation firewalls inspecting traffic up to the application layer, with threats analysed and acted on.
24/7 threat hunting
A security operations team watching around the clock, actively hunting for threats that slip past automated tools.
Credential monitoring
Your company credentials monitored on the dark web, so you know when a password needs changing before it's used.
Incident response plan
A documented, agreed plan for every client, with clear roles, escalation and handover points.
Incident response
A plan, before you need one.
Every SecureGuard client gets a documented incident response policy and process. Clear steps, clear owners, and formal handover points so you stay in control of business decisions.

Questions
What people ask us
Is SecureGuard part of Premium Care?
SecureGuard is delivered as part of our Premium Care managed services agreement, so detection, response and day-to-day support come from the same team. Talk to us about the right fit for your environment.
What happens if there's an incident?
We lead the technical response: detecting, triaging, containing and removing the threat. At agreed points, responsibility passes to your Incident Commander for business decisions, communications and any regulatory obligations. It's all written down before anything happens.
Can you guarantee we won't be breached?
No one honestly can. SecureGuard greatly reduces the likelihood and impact of an incident, but sophisticated attacks can evade any detection. That's exactly why a tested response plan matters.
Will this help with our cyber insurance?
Insurers increasingly ask for evidence of monitoring, endpoint protection and an incident response plan. SecureGuard gives you all three, documented.
Can you run incident response exercises with us?
Yes. We can take part in tabletop exercises and simulations with your team. These are scoped and quoted separately.
How often is the plan reviewed?
At least once a year, and whenever the service, your environment or the threat landscape changes.
