A campus network that finally behaves
A college's Wi-Fi was unreliable and authentication was failing as devices moved to the cloud. We redesigned the network into separate segments for staff, each year group, BYOD, boarders and guests, with simpler, more reliable sign-on.
Outcome: Fewer networks, tighter security, and Wi-Fi that works for every device type.
K-12 COLLEGE · SECURITY
Firewalls built for a school day
The same college needed stronger network security with less risk of downtime. We designed and installed a new high-availability firewall pair, keeping content filtering and pastoral-care reporting in place through the cutover.

What schools ask us
Do you only work with private schools?
Most of our education work is with independent K-12 schools across Western Australia, but we're happy to talk to any school about what it needs.
Can you work alongside our IT coordinator?
Yes. We often support an internal IT coordinator or small team, taking on the projects, after-hours work and specialist tasks so they can focus on staff and students.
When do you do major upgrades?
We plan disruptive work, like network cutovers and firewall changes, around the school calendar, usually during holidays, so teaching isn't affected.
Can you get devices ready before Term 1?
Yes. We can source, image and enrol new devices so they're ready to hand out at the start of the year. The earlier we plan, the smoother it goes.
Which device management platforms do you support?
We work across a range of mobile device management platforms and can help you choose the right one, or get more out of the one you already have.
How do you keep students safe online?
